On 1st April, a new networking community and co-workspace opened in Brighton, dedicated to the property and construction industry.

The idea is that of Corinne Vincent, lifelong Brighton resident and Managing Partner at Mirkwood Evans Vincent, a law firm working with large scale construction firms in London and nationally. Having worked in the industry for over 25 years Corinne knows how important a network of trusted consultants can be.

Members benefit from access to a fantastic workspace, but the real focus is on building a community of specialists from across the industry and connecting them with the big developers. 

Situated at The Brighton Office Campus, on the edge of the South Downs, The Property Quarter provide their members with a workspace designed specifically for the property and construction industry. There are fully equipped meeting rooms, phone booths for private calls, high-speed internet and an A0 printer with plotting table for reviewing plans. The café style dining area is well stocked with refreshments and designed to make it easy for members to get to know each other in a more informal setting.

Whilst the workspace is a lovely environment to run your business from, the networking benefit doesn’t rely on a physical presence. The Property Quarter has a members-only website where consultants can interact with developers, access a directory of fellow members and keep up to date with the latest tenders and industry news.
